MWS Accountants Opens New Office in Basildon

The purpose-built premises provides a larger, more accessible base from which to support our clients and future growth.

As the company has evolved, our Westcliff office had become less suited to the changing needs of our partners and clients. We therefore decided to move the business to a more central location that will support the way we work today and into the future.

Located in the former Evening Echo building, our new office provides a more accommodating and accessible setting, with convenient access from both the A13 and A127.

It will give us a stronger base for future growth while helping us deliver an even greater level of service to our clients.

Our Leigh-on-Sea office will remain open, enabling us to continue supporting clients in the Southend area. It will serve as an additional meeting hub and provide a base for bookkeeping and audit work.

If I do not want to travel to Basildon, is there a more local location for meetings and to drop off books?

Our Leigh-on-Sea office remains open for clients to visit for meetings and to drop off books and documents which cannot be sent electronically.

Kingsridge House was my registered office address – how will the office relocation impact my business?

The registered office address is now our Basildon premises, and for clients who receive registered office services, MWS will arrange the necessary paperwork and communications with Companies House.

Individual clients will however need to update any documentation and customer touch-points (e.g. websites) that feature the previous Kingsridge House address.

Where is the Basildon office located and how easy is it to get to?

The address for our new Basildon office is: 4 Chester Court, Chester Hall Lane, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3WR.

The office is a 5-minute drive from Festival Leisure Park and Basildon train station and in easy reach of both the A13 and A127.

Is there visitor’s parking at the new Basildon office?

Yes there is designated parking for visitors on-site.
