It is with great delight that we are able to share some exciting news about the future of MWS
As the business has evolved over the last few years, the current Westcliff office location has become less suitable to meet the changing requirements of both the Partnership and our clients. We have therefore taken the decision to relocate the Westcliff-based business to a new purpose-built premises in Basildon.
Our new building is currently being prepared for us, and we anticipate that the office move will take place by the middle of Q4 2024.
Our new offices will be housed in the former Evening Echo building, which is situated close to Festival Leisure Park and in easy reach of both the A13 and A127.
We will be retaining an office presence in the Southend area with our recently opened office situated in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea, using this as an additional meeting hub and drop off location for book-keeping and audits.

When will the Westcliff Office be closing?
Our new premises are currently being prepared, and we currently anticipate moving in towards the middle of Q4 2024.
How much notice will we be given about the Westcliff Office closing?
We will be keeping all our clients informed with regular updates in respect of timings. All updates and additional useful information will be added to this page.
If I do not want to travel to Basildon, will there be a more local location for meetings and to drop off books ?
We will be retaining our recently opened offices in Leigh-on-sea, which clients can visit for meetings and also to drop off books and other documents which cannot be sent electronically.
Kingsridge House is my registered office address – what changes are planned to the registered office address and how will this impact my business ?
The registered office address will change to the Basildon premises, and for clients for whom we provide registered office services, MWS will arrange the necessary paperwork and communications with Companies House.
Individual clients will however need to make changes to any documentation and customer touch-points (e.g. websites) where the registered office address is featured, and we would recommend that you carry out a marketing audit in good time to allow for these changes to be put in place.
Where is the new office located and how easy is it to get there ?
The new office is located in Basildon, not far from Festival Leisure Park and in easy reach of both the A13 and A127.
Will there be visitor’s parking at the new offices?
Yes there will be designated parking for visitors on-site at the new location
